The FLB from FIAMM is a common battery used in various applications, including UPS backup power. The battery is intended for maximum performance. The compact form and high energy density assist in cutting installation costs.

The outside is made of UL94 V0 flame retardant ABS plastic (LOI greater than 28%), which ensures high safety and thermal stability to prevent case bulging. The FLB line is made of 99 per cent recyclable AGM VRLA technology. The battery requires no routine maintenance and no electrolyte topping up. The non-hazardous range can be carried by road, rail, or air. The design minimises self-discharge during storage.
